Black fruit – blackcurrant , black plum
Spice and vegetable-  eucalyptus, lavender
Sweet spice –  cloves, vanilla
Mineral- stone, flint
Palate: Dry, medium acidity, medium tannin, full body, flavour – raisin, stewed fruits, chocolate, coconut – long finish

All kind of roast meat and stews, lamb cutlets, pork dishes and spiced cuisine. Fabulous with dark chocolate
